What is the CaratLane Rewards loyalty program and how does it work?

The CaratLane rewards loyalty program is a points-based program through which our customers earn points on our website www.caratlane.us. Your points unlock rewards and can be redeemed for discounts when you make your next purchase on our website. This is just another way for us to thank you, our customers, and show how much we appreciate your loyalty.

Who is eligible to join?

Individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees of CaratLane, its subsidiaries, and other related parties are eligible to participate in the program for personal use.

How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?

There is no cost to join the loyalty program. Existing customers of CaratLane in the US, residing in the US, will automatically be enrolled in the program. For new customers, registering with the program is a quick and simple process. You can register by logging into/creating an account on www.caratlane.us and enrolling through the loyalty program page.

How do I terminate my membership?

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the program, you can opt-out by visiting and logging-in to your account on www.caratlane.us

Do my rewards, benefits and points have any cash value?

Rewards, benefits and points earned through the CaratLane rewards program have no cash value, except when redeemed on our own website, and are non-transferable.

What happens if the program is terminated?

CaratLane may, in its discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points. Additionally, if the program is terminated, your points, benefits and rewards will automatically terminate. We will inform all members of the effective date of termination of the program in advance.

REWARDS AND POINTS

How do I earn points?

Members earn 4 points, equivalent to $4 on our website, for every $100 spent (no limit) on eligible purchases on www.caratlane.us. Qualifying purchases include only the value of merchandise and exclude gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to- time. Members must be logged-in to their account at the time of purchase to receive points. Additionally, you may also earn points through other qualifying actions defined in our program.

How many points do I need before I am eligible to redeem them?

There is no minimum accumulation threshold to begin redeeming points.

What are the product rewards?

Currently, your points may only be redeemed for a discount at the time of purchase. However, CaratLane may, at its discretion, choose to modify the program and available rewards will be visible in your account at the Loyalty page.

How do I redeem my points?

Each point is equivalent to $1 and you can redeem up to 20% of the value of your purchase (on merchandise value only) at checkout. However, this cannot be combined with any other coupon available at that time or exchanged for cash. Minimum purchase restrictions may apply.

How do I know how many points I have?

Points start accruing and showing in your membership account within 20 days of making a qualifying purchase or action. You will need to be logged in to view the same.

Can my CaratLane points expire?

CaratLane points expire a year from the date it has been added to your account.

What happens to my points if I choose to exchange or return a product bought using points?

Any reward points that have been applied to your purchase are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item for which you have used your rewards, you will be refunded the amount you have paid after applying the discount and reward points. In case of an exchange, the reward points will not be mapped to a new exchange order.
