Can I see or buy CaratLane designs at my nearest Tanishq store?
No, the designs of each brand are available at their respective stores only. While Titan is a majority stakeholder in CaratLane, CaratLane and Tanishq are independent brands with separate operations.
Can I exchange a CaratLane design at a Tanishq Store?
CaratLane designs cannot be exchanged at Tanishq Stores. You can however exchange your CaratLane jewellery at any of the CaratLane stores or online at www.caratlane.com.
Can I return your jewellery at the Tanishq store?
As of now, Tanishq and CaratLane are separate brands with different policies and hence, you can’t return, repair or buy CaratLane designs at a Tanishq store.
Can I use the Tanishq membership points in CaratLane?
Yes, you can redeem your Titan encircle points for CaratLane jewellery. Please refer to the Titan encircle program for more details or give us a call at 1800-102-0103 and we’ll help you out.
Why aren't your exchange policies same as Tanishq's?
While Titan is a majority stakeholder in CaratLane, CaratLane and Tanishq are independent brands with separate operations and hence, our policies may differ from each other.
